TEA CUPCAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 egg white
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sugar

Combine cheese, egg, egg yolk, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt, beat well. Stir in chocolate chips, set aside. In another bowl add flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add to this water, oil, egg white, vinegar and vanilla; beat well. Fill paper-lined tins 1/3 full with flour mixture. Top with 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon nuts and sugar. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
