2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 pkg. dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/2 c.chili sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. seasoning salt

Mix all ingredients. Shape into medium size meatballs. Bring sauce ingredients to boiling and pour over meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, uncovered, and continue to bake for 1/2 hour covered.
