FUDGY WALNUT PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/2 c. hot water
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. walnut halves or pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium pan over low heat melt together chocolate and butter. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, hot water and eggs. Stir until well blended.

Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 40-50 minutes or until center is set; cool. Chill several hours. Garnish with whip cream and walnut halves. Keep leftovers chilled.
