LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen limas
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. grated onion (optional)
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook beans, add onion, drain. Mix with cheese, pimento and soup; season to taste. Pour in casserole, crumble crackers on top. Brown in oven at 325 degrees.
