ELSIE'S PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
4 to 6 pork chops 4 lg. carrots 4 med. potatoes 1 med. onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 4 tsp. instant bouillon (beef) or 4 cubes Season chops with salt and pepper, brown slightly in skillet with tablespoon oil. Combine the rest of the ingredients and layer into a casserole dish with the chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until chops are done, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
