QUICK AND EASY LINGUINE WITH
CLAMS AND SHRIMP
 
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
Olive oil
1 c. clam juice
1 c. white wine
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb cooked shrimp meat
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams with juices
1 tbsp. Italian seasonings
Salt and pepper
1 lb. linguine, prepared according to directions

Saute' garlic in olive oil in saucepan. Add clam juice, white wine and seasonings. Let simmer a few minutes. Add canned clams (with juices), shrimp meat and parsley. Let simmer 5 to 10 minutes longer. Adjust seasoning to taste. Toss lightly with prepared linguine. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 6.
