QUICK AND EASY TURKEY ROLLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices deli style turkey breasts (may sub. lean, deli ham)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Cook broccoli according to directions; cool slightly. Place a slice of cheese on each slice of turkey. Divide broccoli into 8 portions, place 1 portion on each turkey and cheese stick. Roll up securely and place in shallow, baking dish, seam side down. Blend soup, sour cream and mustard. Pour sauce over turkey rolls. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4-6 people.
