1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. milk
6 store bought shortcakes
1/4 c. sugar
1 can coconut
1 1/2 pt. fresh strawberries

Beat cheese and sugar, add milk and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Frost the shortcake with cheese mixture. Sprinkle generously with coconut, fill with whole or sliced strawberries.
