SASSY SIRLOIN 
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/4 tsp. green red pepper
1 lb. sirloin steak, lean, boneless
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Trim fat from steak; press pepper mixture onto both sides of steak. Place steak on a rack coated with cooking spray; place rack in a shallow baking pan. Broil 5 inches from heat 4 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into 1/2 inch thick slices.
