VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP | |
2 1/2 lb. diced potatoes 2 c. thin sliced carrots 3 c. baby lima beans 2 1/2 lb. lean hamburger 2 cans yellow corn 1 (46 oz.) tomato juice 1 medium can tomato sauce 1/2 c. fine chopped onion water (enough to cover potatoes, carrots and beans) Cook potatoes, carrots and lima beans until slightly cooked. Brown and drain hamburger and add to vegetables. Add corn, juice, onion and sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 2 hours. |
