SIX - WEEK MUFFINS 
15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal
1 c. melted shortening
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt

Mix together in a large bowl. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Use as desired. Fill tins 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

The batter will keep in the refrigerator for 6 weeks. When you are ready to bake muffins, spoon from top. DO NOT STIR!
