TUNA SALAD 
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 sm. onion
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Parsley flakes
1 to 2 hard boiled eggs (optional)
4 to 5 tbsp. Ranch dressing
3/4 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. horseradish
Mayonnaise

Drain tuna thoroughly. Add all other ingredients (including chopped hard boiled eggs), except mayonnaise. When mixed thoroughly, moisten to taste with mayonnaise. Chill before serving.
