CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS | |
4 cans Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits 1 can cream chicken 1 can cream mushroom 1 whole chicken 2 c. milk 2 tbsp. butter salt pepper Boil whole chicken until done. Take out chicken and use broth. Open biscuits and cut into little pieces. add cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups, butter, milk and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Add biscuits, a little at a time, and stir. Lower heat to low while you add biscuits. Debone chicken and cube into small pieces. Add to pot and let cook on low for about 20 to 30 minutes until dough is done. Then serve. |
