FRIED RICE | |
3 to 4 c. rice 1 onion 1 pkg. dried shrimp 3 tbsp. butter Kitchen Bouquet 1 lb. sausage 1 can Chinese vegetables 2 to 3 eggs Season all salt Soy sauce Cook 3 to 4 cups rice. Saute onion in a skillet or large pot in butter. Cut up sausage and put in pot and cook until brown. Next cook Chinese vegetables and dried shrimp. In a separate pot or skillet cook scramble eggs. Combine rice and scramble eggs in large pot. Pour Kitchen bouquet over rice and other ingredients until you get the desired brown color. Stir all ingredients. Sprinkle season all. Cover pot and cook on medium fire for 15 minutes. When cook pour soy sauce if desired. |
