PRETZEL STRAWBERRY SALAD | |
2 c. crushed pretzels (put in Ziploc bag & crush with rolling pin) 3/4 c. melted butter 1/4 c. sugar Mix together and put in baking dish and cook for 6 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. 1 lg. cream cheese (room temperature) 1 med. size Cool Whip 1 c. sugar Mix these ingredients together and spread over Layer 1. 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jell-O (sugar-free) 2 c. boiling water 2 pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed (do not drain) Cool and then add on top of Layer 2. Chill. December 3, 1987 |
