EMPENADAS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. paprika
Dash of Lawry's season salt
Olives (optional)
1 c. raisins
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Brown hamburger and onions; add paprika, Lawry's salt and raisins. Simmer. Slice olives and eggs, set aside.

Open crescent rolls and stuff with meat and raisin mixture; add 1 slice of egg plus 1 slice of olive to each meat pie, then pinch edges closed. Makes 8 individual pies.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until brown. Top with powdered sugar and lemon juice at table.
