CORNUCOPIA SALAD 
2 heads of lettuce, broken into pieces
1 lg. cucumber, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
2 lg. carrots, shredded
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 bananas, sliced
1/2 lb. alfalfa sprouts
1 c. raisins
3 bottles poppy seed dressing
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Combine lettuce and shredded carrots in large bowl. Layer cucumbers, bell pepper, walnuts, raisins and cheese on top. Place alfalfa sprouts all over top of salad. Slice and place banana on salad immediately before serving. Serve with Poppy Seed dressing on the side.
