DUMPLINGS 
1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salad oil

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together into mixing bowl. Combine milk and salad oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Drop from tablespoon atop bubbling stew. Cover; return to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 12 to 15 minutes.

Makes 10 servings.
