ROLLED DUMPLINGS 
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add milk and oil. Flour counter and top of dough before rolling. Roll dough to 1/4-inch thick. Cut into dumplings approximately 1 1/2-inch by 1 1/2-inch. Dry slightly for easier handling. Drop into boiling broth and chicken. Simmer about 15 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.
