DUMPLINGS 
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. Mazola oil
3/4 c. milk or water

Sift together the dry ingredients. Stir in Mazola oil and milk. Drop small tablespoon onto boiling stew. Cover and boil gently for 15 to 20 minutes.
