GOLDEN FRY CHICKEN BATTER 
1/2 c. oil
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Blend oil and flour; add milk and egg. Beat until smooth (batter will be thin). Dry chicken thoroughly; coat with salt and flour. Dip into batter, letting excess drip off. Fry in oil at 375 degrees.

I cooked five nuggets the first batch, gave my two year old one. She pushed a chair over to the counter and ate the rest while I wasn't paying attention, then started yelling "Daddy!! I want more!!". The chicken couldn't cook fast enough!!!

Pretty good recipe, now let me give you a tip. I you want your chicken to be extra crispy: Add 3 tbsp. of cornstarch to your batter. It will help a lot.
