SAUERKRAUT SUPPER 
About 6 c. boiled, cubed potatoes, drained
1 lb. fully cooked German sausage, cut in chunks
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed

Mix all together and heat in oven or microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
