SPANISH ROAST BEEF BRISKET | |
1 (3-5 lb.) beef brisket 1 env. dry onion soup mix 1/2 c. Mexican chili salsa Sprinkle the onion mix and salsa over the top of the brisket. Wrap very tightly in heavy aluminum foil, being sure it is wrapped tight to make sure the juice doesn't seep out or the meat will be dry. I sometimes double wrap mine. Place in a baking dish and bake all day in 250 degree oven. I bake mine 8-10 hours. |
