SPANISH BAKED FISH 
1 lg. fish (6 lb.)
Salt and pepper
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
1 onion, sliced in rings
4 tbsp. salad or olive oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. oregano
Paprika to taste

Beat 1 egg and dip fish in egg, then roll in cornmeal. Place fish in baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper, sweet pepper, and garlic. Top with onion rings. Mix oil and vinegar and pour over all.

Place bay leaf in center and sprinkle oregano over entire surface. Sprinkle with paprika; bake in preheated 350 degree oven until tender, about 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
