SPANISH RICE 
1 tbsp. oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. cooked rice
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes

Saute onion and green pepper in the oil until soft. Add ground beef and seasonings, stirring until meat loses its pink color. Stir in the cooked rice, the tomatoes and the Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
