PRETZEL SALAD 
CRUST:

2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter

Mix and mold into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

CREAM LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Cream together and spread over cooled crust.

GELATIN LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
Fruit

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water, chill until thick. Add fruit and spread over cream layer. Chill until ready to serve. Use your favorite flavor gelatin and fruit. I use cherry and maraschinos.
