1 1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. mocha mix or milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend Bisquick and sugar only together. Stir a little to get mixed in. In a separate bowl add the egg, mocha mix or milk, and vanilla together. Do not stir yet. Melt butter in a small saucepan. When completely melted add to the egg, mocha mix or milk and vanilla and stir with a fork until well blended. Pour into bake mix and sugar and stir well with sturdy spoon. If a little dry melt a little more butter and add. Taste, if plain add more sugar.
