DEVIL'S FOOD DROP COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (1 oz.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. dairy sour cream

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in chocolate. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to chocolate mixture alternately with sour cream. Mix well. Drop from teaspoon, 2 inches apart, on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Frost with Mocha Frosting.

MOCHA FROSTING:

Cream 1/4 cup soft butter, 2 tablespoons dry cocoa, 2 teaspoons instant coffee crystals, dash salt. Slowly cream in one cup confectioners' sugar. Add two cups confectioners' sugar, 3 tablespoons milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat until smooth. Frost cookies.
