4 lb. hamburger 4 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. onion powder salt and pepper to taste 1 large can pineapple chunks Combine first 6 ingredients together. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown some chopped onion and meatballs together in a large skillet. Drain off fat. Drain pineapple, reserving syrup; set pineapple aside. Pour syrup over meatballs. Bring to a boil. Cover, simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on toothpicks with one chunk of pineapple and one meatball on each toothpick. May be served cold or hot. |
