CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts, cut in halves, skinless & boneless
6 slices ham (lg.)
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. stuffing mix or homemade croutons
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water

Mix soup and water together and add to stuffing mix; set aside. Melt butter (I usually don't use only enough to grease the 9"x9" pan, as it is rich enough). Layer chicken, then ham, then cheese. Layer soup mixture over all. Bake, covered 1 1/4 hours and uncovered for 1/4 hour at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and let cool 5 to 10 minutes to set. Serves 6.
