CORN PUDDING 
1 can yellow creamed corn
1 tbsp. sifted flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. melted butter
3 eggs

Mix together in a round Pyrex dish sprayed with Pam. Bake slowly in pan of hot water until it puffs (about 1 hour). If you want to go to a little more trouble for a prettier dish, prepare a white sauce and pour over the pudding that you have tipped out into another platter and decorate with hard boiled eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
