CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 can corned beef
1 box macaroni and cheese

Cook macaroni and cheese and 1/2 stick butter. Set aside.

Cook in saucepan half of a minced onion, green peppers, parsley, dash of oregano, dash of black pepper, 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 can tomato paste. Add corned beef in chunks. Mix this and corned beef together. Add a little milk. Put in casserole dish and top with sliced cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese starts browning. Serve warm.
