SPINACH DIP | |
2 loaves rye, sourdough, or shepherd bread 1 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 env. vegetable soup mix 1 (16 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thaw & drained 1 c. sour cream 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts Combine all ingredients. Take 1 loaf of bread, cut center out and line with foil. Cut remaining loaf and center into cubes. Fill center of bread and dip. Place cubes around loaf and serve. |
