CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
2 c. drained corn

Beat eggs and salt; add sugar, flour, vanilla; mix well. Add milk and corn. Pour in baking dish greased with butter. Dot top with butter. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until firm. Set dish in a pan of hot water about 1/2" up sides while baking.
