1 lg. can English peas
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
1 sm. jar chopped pimento, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix all ingredients except butter and crackers. Place in casserole dish. Melt butter and crumble crackers into it. Place on top of other mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
