CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Beat butter and sugars together. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat.

In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Slowly add this to the butter mixture and mix well. Mix in vanilla and chocolate chips. Drop onto a cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool. ENJOY!
