1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Combine first 3 ingredients and press in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix next 3 ingredients in bowl with an electric mixer. Pour over the above. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
