CHEESE CAKE SUPREME 
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter, melted
4 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch spring-form pan. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix cheeses and sour cream with sugar and butter. Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time. Mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour. Turn off oven. Keep door closed and leave cake in oven an additional hour. Cool, chill, and top with fruit, if desired.
