CHEESE CAKE SUPREME 
FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. milk

Beat cream cheese until creamy, add vanilla and lemon peel. Mix sugar, flour and salt; gradually blend into cheese. Add eggs and egg yolk all at once; beat until blended. Gently stir in milk.

Turn into crust-lined 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 55 minutes or until center appears set. Remove from oven. Cool for 2 hours. Chill 2 hours.
