PESTO SWORDFISH KABOBS | |
1 lb. 3/4 inch thick swordfish steak, skinned and cut into 1-inch cubes 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 1 c. fresh basil leaves, finely chopped 2 tbsp. Italian dressing, reduced calorie 1/8 tsp. pepper Mix dressing, garlic, basil, pepper in food processor. Marinate swordfish in sauce for 1 hour. Arrange swordfish on skewers, grill 4 minutes on each side or until flaky. Baste frequently with marinade. 4 servings, 151 calories. |
