4 c. raw peanuts
2 c. sugar

Mix peanuts and sugar with 1 cup of water in skillet. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture crystallizes. Spread on greased cookie sheet, separating peanuts. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Store in airtight container.
