1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
4 c. peanuts
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Beat egg white and water together. Pour in peanuts; add sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.

Bake on greased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Dump out onto waxed paper using spatula to remove.
