JAN'S DRESSING 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, minced
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. bread
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 raw potatoes, grated
Giblets, boiled, chopped (save the water to add)
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. hamburger seasoning
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Boil giblets with onion and bay leaves. Chop fine and save the broth. Brown the burger, potato and onion in butter. Add broth. Add all ingredients to the crumbed bread. If it seems too dry, add lots of liquid, milk or water; potato water preferred.
