NOODLES 
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. water or milk
Pinch of salt
Flour to make stiff dough (about 1 c.)

Sift salt, baking powder, and flour together and add to egg, milk, and oil mixture. Roll thin; cut in strips. These can be used right away or let dry and store in freezer.
