LIVERWURST PATE 
3/4 lb. liverwurst, mashed with a fork
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
3 tsp. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. mayonnaise

Blend first 4 ingredients thoroughly. Shape into an igloo shape on serving plate. Mix together the last 4 ingredients and spread mixture over liverwurst. Garnish with nuts. Chill overnight.
