JALAPENO PEPPER PIE 
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
8 fresh eggs
1 (8 oz.) can sliced jalapeno peppers (hot)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in 8x8 inch pan. Arrange peppers in even layer in pan. Beat eggs and pour evenly over shredded cheese and peppers. Cook at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes and then cut into squares.
