NICK'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1/2 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
3/4-1 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
9" graham cracker crust (regular or chocolate)

Cream the peanut butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Put in a graham cracker crust. Use remaining Cool Whip on top.
