HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter

Beat eggs and sugar until lemon color (5 minutes) on high speed. Melt one stick of butter in milk on stove. Combine flour and powder. Alternate flour mixture and butter, milk mixture and add to egg and sugar and beat on low speed. Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans or 8 x 10 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
