CHERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. box cherry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 can pie cherry filling
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip

Dissolve cherry Jello in boiling water, add cold water, pineapple, cherry pie filling and nuts. Cream the cream cheese and Cool Whip together. Put on top of the congealed salad. May be sprinkled on top with crushed nuts or shredded coconut (optional).
