STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 1/2 c. 7-Up soft drink
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 box strawberry Jello
1 baked 9" pie crust
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Combine 7-Up, sugar, cornstarch and Jello in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Add strawberries and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate until gelled. Garnish with whipped cream or topping.
